1.2 kV, 4,000 kVA

The TMdrive-30 is a medium power, 1,250 V AC drive. The AC-DC converter is available in three types: a diode non-regenerative converter, a thyristor regenerative converter, and an IGBT regenerative converter.

The inverters have a modular three-level phase leg assembly containing the IGBTs, heat pipe cooling assembly, and IGBT gate driver circuit board. The modules are mounted on heavy-duty slides that allow easy access for maintenance.

The output frequency is variable from 0 to 120 Hz, and power levels up to 4,000 kVA are available.
