(September 5, 2018)<br \/>\n \u2013 TMEIC Corporation in Roanoke, Virginia, USA is pleased to welcome Jost Daemmgen as Regional Sales Manager to the Industrial System Business Unit, a division responsible for serving key technology segments in the metals and material handling industries. Jost will be responsible for customer development in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur team is excited to have the industry knowledge and expertise that Jost provides in these target markets,\u201d said Darren Honaker, TMEIC commercial leader of Industrial Systems Business Unit. \u201cWe are a solutions provider for clients around the world and Jost\u2019s industry experience will be put to good use as an expert resource for our global partners.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Upon graduation from Fachhochschule Braunschweig-Wolfenb\u00fcttel with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Jost began his career as a Research and Development Engineer with Maschinenfabrik Kurt Neubauer GmbH &#038; Co. He then transitioned to client-focused positions with Erich Rottmann Technik GmbH, Konecranes, TMEIC and Kalmar, where he was focused on creating optimum solutions for container port facilities.<\/p>\n<p>Jost joins TMEIC at an exciting time in the industry as many terminal operators and port authorities are evaluating the benefits of automating their facilities.
