Notice Concerning Changes in Executive Structure

The Board of Directors of Toshiba Mitsubishi-Electric Industrial Systems Corporation (hereinafter, “TMEIC”; President & CEO Akira Kawaguchi) announced today the changes in its executive structure in accordance with resolution passed at the Board of Directors meeting. The following appointments become effective as of June 19, 2023.
