TMEIC Booth was a Great Success at China Steel Trade Fair

On June 8 - 11, TMEIC participated as an exhibitor at the Metallurgy + Metal China 2004, a trade fair held in China in the main venue of the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. The exhibition, an annual event being convened for the ninth time, featured nearly 900 participants from China and 24 other countries, including steelmakers, machinery manufacturers, electric machinery producers and various other suppliers. As the event attracted a large attendance of high-quality visitors each day, both the exhibition as a whole, and the TMEIC booth in particular, were resounding successes.

TMEIC utilized the gathering to display its drive systems (TM-10/30/70/80); Toshiba Mitsubishi-Electric Advanced Control Solutions (TMACS) Automation System; Material Property Prediction Model; Induction Heater; Welder and other leading products.

In addition, the event provided a golden opportunity for TMEIC to demonstrate the solid progress it had forged on the Chinese market since its formation the previous autumn, emphasis was placed on the steady stream of contracts recorded in recent months, successful implementation of outstanding technology, project know-how and other service expertise.

The TMEIC booth was visited by a large numbers of fairgoers from China and other countries. There was enormous interest shown in TMEIC's rich project track record and its world leading, main drive system technology. In particular, the IEGT stack on display attracted keen interest due to its compact size and neat construction.

TMEIC also used the event to participate in a technical seminar, featuring presentations of seven separate papers, focusing upon TMEIC project experience, control system know-how and other expertise.
